Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts, layouts and creative directions.
- Design social media creatives, campaign assets and pitch materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with planners and copywriters during campaign development.
- Candidates skilled in both static design and motion graphics will be given priority.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (agency, brand or related fields).
- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and attention to detail.
