Responsibilities:
- Develop Integrated communication strategies.
- Conduct market research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Create campaign frameworks, positioning statements and messaging guidelines.
- Support pitch decks, proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to align strategy with execution.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (agency, brand or related fields).
- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and attention to detail.
